Targeted Taught Postgraduate Programmes Fellowships Scheme 2022/23 – Master of Social Sciences in Counselling programme

 

This Scheme, offered by the University Grants Committee, provides fellowships for local students pursuing designated taught postgraduate programmes. The main objective of the scheme is to attract more meritorious local students to pursue further studies in priority areas conducive to the development of Hong Kong.

 

Quota: In AY2022-23, our Master of Social Sciences in Counselling programme has attained  19 seats for the scheme

Award: pay a minimum tuition fee of HK$42,100 for the whole programme

Eligibility: local students

Criteria: Based on merits taking into account the students' academic achievements, professional qualifications.

Application: Apply the programme through online system with a personal statement, suitable candidates will be interviewed and invited to apply for the fellowship.

SOSC Student Development Endowment Fund

Riding on its 50th Anniversary, the Faculty of Social Sciences has established the “Student Development Endowment Fund (SDEF)”, with an aim to provide funding support to students of the Faculty who are in keen financial needs, in areas of pursuit of academic excellence, overseas exchange/attachment and experiential learning activities during their study at Hong Kong Baptist University.
